Managing Director

Skye is the founder of Cara Derma. With over 10 years in the beauty industry, she acquired skill sets that enabled her to be a successful skin & laser therapist and business manager. Skye’s professional goal was to create a clinic where clients could receive results-driven treatments, in a setting that maintained a sense of luxury and relaxation, whilst feeling cared for, by experienced and knowledgeable therapists. Skye also wanted to create an environment that provides for continuous growth and development for her team; ensuring that her clients always received a level of knowledgeable service that exceeds the industry standard.

Skye quickly realised her passion lay within business management and team building. She thoroughly enjoys providing services in her local community. She sets realistic expectations of skin management and aims to build on knowledge and confidence when educating her clients and developing her team.

Skin & Laser Therapist

Teegan found her interest and passion for the industry during her own struggles with hormonal acne, as a teenager. She experienced a deep impact on her emotional and mental well-being and declining self-confidence. With a strong desire to understand what was happening to her skin and how to manage her acne, Teegan began self-education which led her to formal training.

Teegan graduated from the French Beauty Academy in 2020 and knew that she wanted to specialise in results-driven treatment modalities.

Teegan quickly moved into working for two of Australia’s leading Laser & Skin Treatment providers. Whilst she enjoyed the fast-tracked experience she gained within these organisations, she sought work within a clinic that allowed for a more client-focused experience.

“I strive to make each client feel heard and understood; whether it’s for laser hair removal or a skin revision journey. I believe the connection with my clients is the biggest part of the overall experience.”

Advanced Skin & Laser Therapist

Jessica has been in the Skin and Laser industry for over 10 years. Upon graduation from The French Beauty Academy with her Advanced Diploma she fast tracked her experience, working for one of Australia's leading Laser and Skin clinics. During her time with this organisation, Jessica quickly became an expert in advanced treatments. 

Jessica is passionate about results driven skin treatments and ensuring her clients achieve a happier healthier glow. "I am really dedicated to helping my clients become their most confident self and guiding them through their skin and laser journey. It's so crucial for me to educate my client and ensure they understand how to care for their skin to maximise results". 

Jessica infuses her client's treatment experience with a happy and fun energy, ensuring everyone feels comfortable in her presence and leaves satisfied and pleased with their treatment.

Chelsea is a skilled Skin & Laser therapist and has devoted her career to helping clients achieve their skin goals. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty and a keen eye for detail. 

She completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapies at the Australia Academy of Beauty Dermal & laser over 10 years ago. 

Her journey into the beauty industry began with a deep-seated desire to make a different in peoples lives, instilling confidence and radiance through her expert touch. Training in the latest techniques and technology, she takes pride in delivering personalised experiences tailored to each clients unique needs. 

Chelsea is known for her professionalism, compassion and commitment to excellence. She strives to exceed expectations and leave lasting impressions on everyone she serves. Outside the treatment rooms, Chelsea stays current with industry trends and advancements. Her dedication to continuous learning reflects her unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of care to her clients.

Dermal Clinician & Laser Therapist

Saskia has completed a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor in Dermal Science ( Health Science - Clinical Aesthetics). 

Her education has equipped her with extensive skin knowledge, allowing her to understand both external and internal factors affecting skin health. 

Saskia is very passionate about skin health and beauty; she puts importance in taking care of her client’s skin journey and help them understand the root of the cause of the problem/condition to help them achieve healthier skin.

Through her extensive education, she possesses a thorough understanding of aesthetics, skincare, and wellness practices. She is dedicated to furthering her knowledge and approaches treatments with a holistic overview. With great passion, her goal is to provide a nurturing and welcoming environment for clients and help them reach their skin goals and gain optimal confidence.

Cosmetic Nurse - RN

Annaliese is a dedicated beauty professional with a passion for empowering individuals through holistic, yet results-driven skincare and transformative treatments.

Her journey in the industry began by completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at the prestigious French Beauty Academy on the Gold Coast. Here, she discovered a holistic approach to beauty therapy and self-care. She expanded her knowledge and experience with a specialisation in advanced treatment modalities.

After working for many years in multiple industry-leading organisations, Anna quickly built extensive experience in both Laser Hair Removal and advanced skin treatments.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of her clients, Annaliese takes a personalised approach to each treatment & believes in empowering her clients through education. Equipping them with the knowledge and tools to achieve their skin goals and maintain lasting results.
